It turns out that Wiki Resume won by a landslide in our little online contest for the best idea for a new tool for independent professionals. So, without further ado we are starting the development of the new site immediately. This is no small undertaking, building a new web based internet application but we have DataZoomer, our secret weapon, that allows us to create sites very quickly. So quickly in fact that we plan to have the new site running by March 16, 2009 and we hope you'll check back to see our progress. The new site will allow you to enter all of your resume related information and then tag it using keywords so that you can pull together different variations on your resume quickly and easily without a word processor. We have lots of ideas for extra features and welcome any that you might have.

DSI is pleased to announced that we are expanding our online service offering for organizations and independent professionals using our DataZoomer technology. We are considering the following five options and would love to hear your comments and suggestions. Please click on the link to find out more about the following ideas:
The winning idea will be developed using our DataZoomer technology and will support Web 2.0 features such as Web Services, RSS Feeds, tagging and notifications. At Dynamic Solutions we will never lock you in to our solutions - your data belongs to you and is accessible via our built in web services API.
DataZoomer 3.0

DSI is pleased to announce that we will soon be releasing the third major release of our DataZoomer Enterprise Collaborative Application Platform. We have been developing and using DataZoomer in our own projects for the past three years and have planned to release it as Open Source (GPL3).
For anyone familiar with the DataView product that we retired earlier this year, DataZoomer is similar but goes further in supporting enterprise software and is designed from the ground up to make writing internet and enterprise applications ridiculously easy.
We will post news on DataZoomer releases here on the DSI site. The actual releases of source code and news about DataZoomer will be on our product site at www.datazoomer.org.
Dynamic Solutions withdraws from DataView Development Efforts

Dynamic Solutions president, Herb Lainchbury, announced today that the company will no longer be actively developing their open source DataView enterprise data warehouse portal product so that they can focus on their other projects and internet development efforts.
DSI wishes to thank the many users and developers who have contributed to the success of DataView over the years.
